The restaurant underwent a significant rebranding and concept change in late 2024. Previously known for serving potato-based noodles and snacks, it officially pivoted in October 2025 to focus on traditional Japanese set meals.

NIKUGAIYA is a yakiniku brand established in 2018. Upholding the philosophy of “ingredient-focused excellence,” we carefully select premium ingredients from both domestic and international sources. Inspired by traditional Japanese yakiniku, we incorporate innovative Eastern fusion cuisine. Through unique cooking techniques, fresh ingredients, and an elegant dining environment, we offer guests a feast for both the palate and the eyes. Currently, NIKUGAIYA operates six outlets in Xi’an China, and one outlet in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
