Details
The main attraction at Batu Caves is the Temple Cave, also known as the Cathedral Cave, which is accessed by a steep flight of 272 steps. The cave is a vast, high-ceilinged chamber that is home to several Hindu shrines and temples. The most prominent feature of the cave is a towering statue of Lord Murugan, the Hindu god of war and victory, which stands at the entrance and is one of the largest Murugan statues in the world.
