Appointment booking is required before attending the Physiological Test. You will receive the appointment confirmation message once the reservation is approved.
Each Physiological Test session is vary from 1.5 hours - 2 hours.
Slots are subject to availability and may be limited per session.
Customers are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes before the appointment time.
Late arrival may affect the testing process or result in appointment cancellation.
Rescheduling must be made in advance and is subject to available slots.
The management reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
This appointment is only valid for the selected date and time.
Customers should ensure they are prepared and available for the full testing duration.
