Terms and Conditions

Appointment booking is required before attending the Consultation Session, you will receive an appointment confirmation once the reservation is approved.
Each consultation session is around 45 mins.
An additional charge of RM20 will apply for every additional 15-minute block if the consultation exceeds the allocated session duration.
Slots are subject to availability and may be limited per session.
New customers are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes before the appointment time.
Late arrival may result in a shorter session or appointment cancellation.
Rescheduling must be made in advance and is subject to available slots.
The management reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
This appointment is only valid for the selected date and time.
