Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Rescheduling a session is permitted with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Refunds are not provided for unused sessions or packages unless the service is cancelled by D'Gym.
Clients acknowledge that the services provided by the mobile dog gym involve physical activity for their dogs, which carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses , or even death.
By using the service, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
