Turnaround Time
Servicing typically requires 3–5 working days. Actual duration may vary depending on service complexity and parts availability.

Drop-Off & Collection

• Bikes must be dropped off during operating hours.
• Customers will be notified when the bike is ready for collection.
• Bikes not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage charges.

Service Scope
Only agreed-upon services will be performed. Any additional repairs or part replacements will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

Parts & Warranty

• All replacement parts used are either original or approved equivalents.
• A limited warranty of 14 days applies to workmanship; parts warranty is subject to manufacturer terms.

Liability
While utmost care is taken, we are not liable for loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., theft, natural disasters).

Payment
Full payment is required upon collection. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallets.
