1. Return & Refund Policy
General Policy At Lee Nyap Group Sdn Bhd, we ensure all products sold are of high quality. Please review your purchase carefully before leaving the counter or confirming delivery, as all sales are considered final.
Original & Genuine Parts All Original (Genuine) products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once sold, these items cannot be returned due to the nature of the parts and to ensure quality assurance for all customers.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims (General Parts) Exceptions are made only for items found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
These items must be returned to our branch for inspection and are subject to approval based on the respective Manufacturer's Warranty Claim Policy.
Inspection Timeline: Rest assured, upon return in good faith, the inspection process will be prioritized. We commit to providing you with the inspection results and a response within two (2) days.
Battery Warranty (Special Clause) For automotive batteries, we provide an on-the-spot one-to-one exchange, provided the battery is eligible for a claim upon testing.
Void Warranty: The warranty is strictly void if the battery shows any signs of misuse, improper installation, or damage to the exterior (e.g., cracks, leaks, melted terminals).
No Cash Refund / Exchange Only We adhere to a strict No Cash Refund policy.
If your return or warranty claim is approved, we will provide a one-to-one exchange for the same item.
If the exact item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an exchange for an item of equivalent value.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
General Delivery Policy While Lee Nyap Group Sdn Bhd primarily operates as a physical wholesale and retail outlet, we offer delivery services to support our customers' needs across Sabah and beyond. Delivery arrangements can be made at the sales counter or via our sales representatives.
Delivery Methods
Standard Courier (Small/Medium Items): For smaller spare parts, we can arrange shipment via trusted third-party partners including Box Express, J&T, and PosLaju. Shipping fees are determined by the respective courier based on weight and destination.
Lee Nyap Logistics (Heavy/Bulk Cargo): For engines, body parts, or wholesale stock orders within Sabah, we utilize our own internal fleet to ensure safe handling.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Routes We provide a dedicated Cash on Delivery (COD) service strictly for customers located along our primary logistics route:
Route: Pekan Nabalu > Kundasang > Ranau > Telupid (within district areas).
Payment: Customers must ensure payment is ready upon goods arrival.
Out of Range Requests: Delivery requests outside our standard route are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
In-Store Pickup Customers are encouraged to pick up their purchases directly from our branches (Ranau, Tuaran) to ensure immediate availability and inspection of goods.
3. Membership Cancellation Policy
Account Cancellation
Voluntary Cancellation: Members may cancel their Lee Nyap Group membership account at any time via the "Settings" menu in our App or by visiting our customer service counters in-store.
Data Removal: Upon cancellation, your personal profile and purchase history will be deactivated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Forfeiture of Benefits
Points & Vouchers: Please be advised that upon cancellation, all accumulated loyalty points, unredeemed vouchers, and tier status benefits will be immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred to another account.
Non-Transferable: Membership benefits are tied to the individual account holder and are strictly non-transferable to other parties.
Membership Fees (If Applicable)
No Refunds: If your membership tier involved a paid subscription or annual fee, please note that no refunds (prorated or otherwise) will be issued upon cancellation. The cancellation will simply prevent future renewals.
