Terms & Conditions

 A. MEMBERSHIP:
1. Program Duration: This is a 2-year membership.

2. Membership Benefits: Members can earn points through eligible spending on stays, simple meetings, and events, at the hotel. Points can be redeemed for rewards as per program terms.

3. Eligibility: Members must be at least 18 years old to join, subject to approval by Hotel Le Shore.

4. Exclusions: Hotel Le Shore travel agents and certain bookings (e.g., via Boat Agent or Travel Agent) are not eligible for the Program.

5. Registration: Reception staff will send members a QR code or link via WhatsApp to complete the online registration.

B. POINTS:
1. Earning Points: Points are earned on each Ringgit Malaysia spent on eligible hotel services (e.g., stays, boat activities, bicycle rentals, minimarts).
Points are not given for any cancellation booking. Any cancellation will void the booking points OR any cancellation will result in the revocation or forfeiture of booking points.
 
2. Points Calculation: Members earn 1 point per RM1 spent on eligible bookings. Hotel Le Shore may change the points structure at any time.

3. Providing Membership Number: Members must give their membership number when booking to receive points. Points cannot be backdated.
 
4. Points Adjustments: Points may be adjusted to reflect actual spending. Members should keep receipts and contact Hotel Le Shore if they see any discrepancies.
 
5. Points Transfers: Point is not transferable.
 
C. POINTS REDEMPTION:

1. Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards if the member has enough points. Hotel Le Shore may modify or remove rewards as needed.
 
2. No Cash Value: Points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value except for redemption. Points cannot be bought or sold.
 
3. Points Expiry: Points are redeemed in the order they were earned, and expire after 24 months if unused.

4. Unused Points or Benefits: Any unused points, rewards, or benefits will expire immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise specified.

 
D. REWARDS:
1. Reward Availability: Rewards are subject to availability. Hotel Le Shore may change or remove rewards at any time.
 
E. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL:
1. Hotel’s Right to Cancel Membership: Hotel Le Shore can cancel or suspend a membership and revoke points at any time for reasons like rule violations, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate behavior.
 
2. Member’s Right to Cancel Membership: Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to with membership details to leshorehotel@gmail.com. Once we receive your written cancellation request, please allow 3 to 5 working business days for processing. We will send you a confirmation email or letter when your membership has been officially canceled.

3. Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 24 months will expire, and points will be lost. Members may reactivate, but old points won’t be reinstated.
 
4. Changes to Terms: Hotel Le Shore may modify program terms, benefits, and rewards at any time. Members must follow any changes made.
 
5. Limitation of Liability: Hotel Le Shore is not responsible for any loss, injury, or issues with the use of points or rewards, including unauthorized use, program suspension, or technical issues.
