Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details. If access is not received, please contact hello@goldenpalmtree.com with your order reference.
5. Return and refund policy
Customers may request a refund by contacting hello@goldenpalmtree.com with the order number, purchase date, reason and supporting evidence where relevant. Refund eligibility depends on the specific product, booking, or promotion terms shown at the time of purchase.
5.1. Refund timing and method
Once a return or refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 21 business days. Bank, card or payment-gateway processing may take additional time outside our control. We will explain the reason if a request is declined.
